Tech Lead (Sanity CMS) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a senior Tech Lead to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migration projects for our U.S. clients. You will join the client’s existing design and engineering team, working remotely from anywhere in Latin America, and will be responsible for shaping architecture, guiding developers, and ensuring successful content migration.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate with client teams and lead daily technical collaboration.
• Define migration strategies, data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
• Architect and implement backend services, APIs, and headless CMS solutions.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and enforce best practices.
• Identify technical risks and ensure data integrity throughout migration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership, driving architecture decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year degree.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale CMS migrations.

Required skills

• TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Sanity CMS (schemas, APIs, migration tooling).
• RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and/or Next.js.
• Headless CMS architectures and content delivery platforms.
• Document‑based databases and cloud deployment workflows.
