Tech Lead / Architect

About the role

ThinkUp is looking for a Tech Lead / Architect with solid experience in banking or fintech. The role focuses on defining robust, scalable, and secure architectures while guiding a technical team in a demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define system architectures that ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
• Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Act as the technical reference for infrastructure, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
• Promote engineering best practices and ensure alignment of the team with business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new tools, and AI‑based development solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software architecture, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong background in distributed architectures, API design, and high‑availability systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to development or technical management.
