About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial interviews, validating interest, and guiding applicants through our recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to evaluate general fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule interviews, send calendar invites, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Support interviewers by providing candidate profiles, experience summaries, and motivation insights.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
