Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Support Analyst to join Descartes’ GreenMile team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring successful software implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, diagnose problems, reproduce issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the GreenMile support system to ensure visibility across teams.
• Test software to replicate reported bugs, validate fixes and verify new feature quality before release.
• Review and improve support documentation, user guides and other customer‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their use of the technology and recommend enhancements that increase value.
• Participate in internal technical discussions and attend customer meetings to provide expertise.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
• Natural technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and basic data‑analysis skills.
