Supervisor de Producción

About the role

The company, a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging and carton solutions, is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead its plant operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the supervisor will guide the daily work of the production team, ensure the execution of the production plan, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and support the production team during each shift.
• Organise work shifts, allocate resources and guarantee adherence to the scheduled production plan.
• Monitor line efficiency, machine performance, and compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Record production metrics, report progress and deviations to the Production Manager.
• Propose operational improvements for continuous process optimisation.

Required profile

• Completed high‑school education (bachillerato).
• Minimum three years of experience supervising plant personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the carton, packaging or graphic printing industry is highly valued.
• Flexibility to work the shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 06:00‑14:00) and adapt to operational needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer tools and management software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of the Nodum system.
