About the role

The company, a leader in vehicle technical inspection, is seeking a Mobile Plant Supervisor to manage both a fixed plant in Progreso and a mobile unit that travels throughout the interior of the country. The role combines hands‑on supervision of inspectors with logistical and administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks of vehicle inspectors.
• Coordinate operations of the mobile plant, including scheduling, logistics, and billing.
• Plan and organize team work to meet performance targets.
• Evaluate staff performance and oversee training initiatives.
• Handle client complaints and appeals efficiently.

Required profile

• Technical high school diploma in vehicle and engine mechanics.
• At least 1 year of experience in supervisory, coordination or managerial roles within automotive workshops or related fields.
• Valid Category A driver’s license.
• Technical or diploma in automotive mechanics, electricity and electronics.
• Willingness to travel to interior regions at least two weeks per month; remaining weeks based at the Progreso plant.
• Preference for candidates residing near Progreso or familiar with relevant standards.
