Supervisor de Calidad

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will report to the Quality Manager and ensure that all quality and food‑safety requirements are met throughout the production process. This role guarantees compliance with current regulations, internal specifications and customer demands while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with quality and food‑safety standards at every production stage.
• Monitor and enforce applicable food legislation, internal SOPs and client specifications.
• Develop, review and validate quality plans, procedures and hazard‑analysis documents.
• Manage non‑conformities, corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure proper sanitation (POES) and quality‑management practices.

Required profile

• Student about to graduate or recent graduate in Food Engineering (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a food‑industry environment, preferably in quality‑control supervision.
• Experience drafting plans, procedures, hazard analyses, handling non‑conformities and validating processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food regulations and standards (HACCP, BPM, FSSC 22000, FSMA).
• Proficiency with Standard Operating Procedures for sanitisation (POES) and quality‑management systems.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to conduct hazard analysis, manage non‑conformities and validate procedures.
