Strategic Growth & Algorithmic Innovation Lead (Remote)

About the role

E710LABS is launching a three‑month strategic fellowship to design and implement social‑media ecosystems for U.S. financial‑services brands. Selected fellows will work directly with Miami‑based executives to boost consumer trust, engagement and acquisition across generational and behavioral segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design social‑media strategies for U.S. financial consumers segmented by generation, investment profile, needs and behavioral triggers.
• Leverage Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and X algorithms to improve reach, engagement, distribution and conversion.
• Apply generative AI and machine‑learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to analyze sentiment, predict churn and personalize content.
• Manage projects from planning through execution, monitoring, evaluation and post‑project analysis.
• Build executive dashboards using ROI, CAC, CLV and share‑of‑voice metrics.
• Lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimise creative assets, messaging, targeting and consumer journeys.
• Research financial‑literacy barriers, trust drivers and digital consumption patterns.
• Analyse banks, neobanks, fintech competitors to identify opportunities and develop buyer personas and omnichannel journey maps for the U.S. market.
• Present recommendations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Fully available to work remotely in a demanding environment.
• Near‑native proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Senior‑year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management or a related field.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Tableau or Power BI, social‑media management platforms and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Midjourney.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrates proactivity, intellectual curiosity, accountability, autonomy and adaptability.
