Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze and staff IT business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the right talent is matched to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, prepare, and present vetted candidates for IT openings.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side, meeting time‑to‑market and revenue targets.
• Review and filter the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Maintain and clean open requisitions to keep them up to date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar staffing role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate communication skills.
