Social Media Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Manager who will also act as a Multimedia Designer. The role is fully remote and supports our clients across Latin America, developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching graphics and visual assets for various social platforms.
• Create and manage brand portfolios and visual identities.
• Plan, schedule and publish content across major social media channels.
• Develop and launch social media campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor performance, analyse analytics and optimise future content.
• Stay current with digital trends, AI tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and multimedia design work.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude with a can‑do mindset.

Required skills

• Graphic design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) – a plus.
• AI content creation tools.
• Social media analytics platforms.
• Social media scheduling tools.
