Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Creator

About the role

Travel Leaders Network is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Creator to lead organic social media initiatives. Working remotely, you will craft compelling content that inspires travelers to book through member agencies and support a range of internal social programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize organic social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Live platforms.
• Write copy, design graphics, and produce short‑form videos such as Reels and TikTok clips.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Engage with audiences, monitor comments, and foster community interaction.
• Track performance metrics, generate analytics reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support Social Share, Social Share Pro, and influencer programs (Social Lab, Creator Circle, Content Immersions).
• Create marketing materials, host webinars, and provide training for travel advisors.

Required profile

• Passionate about travel and social media trends, with a quick response to emerging platforms.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera for Facebook Live, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Strong collaboration skills to assist travel agencies in producing local social content.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
