Senior Transfer Pricing Associate (Tax)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transfer Pricing team in Montevideo. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality transfer pricing documentation and advisory services to multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Local Files, Master Files and Country‑by‑Country Reports (CbCR) for clients.
• Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines, BEPS actions and Uruguayan tax law.
• Conduct functional and comparability analyses and develop financial/economic models to support pricing policies.
• Advise clients on inter‑company structuring and support tax audits and defense processes.
• Analyze various industries to deepen client understanding.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Supervise, train and review work of consultants and assistants.
• Maintain direct client contact to understand operational needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student in Economics, Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Prior experience in transfer pricing projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage several engagements.
