Senior Transaction Services Associate

About the role

PwC Uruguay is seeking a Senior Transaction Services Associate to join its Advisory line of service. The role supports clients through financial due diligence and M&A documentation, helping them make informed investment decisions while upholding PwC’s commitment to building trust in society.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence engagements for a variety of transactions.
• Prepare M&A deliverables such as teasers, investor presentations, and other transaction documents.
• Develop and present management reports for senior leadership and the transaction area.
• Ensure proper handling of confidential information and compliance with data‑security standards.

Required profile

• Public Accountant (Contador Público) qualification.
• Professional experience in external audit and/or transaction services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of information security and data protection principles.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
• Financial due diligence techniques.
