Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Foliume is building an AI‑powered platform that transforms insurance distribution. As a Senior Software Engineer you will help ship fast, data‑driven features across three products that serve over 110 brokers and carriers in Spain, the UK, LATAM and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship features for AI‑assisted quoting, real‑time client communication and back‑office automation.
• Deploy multiple times a day, maintaining a high‑velocity release cadence.
• Work across the stack: Python backend, Next.js frontend, Supabase data layer.
• Build AI‑centric components such as LLM‑driven workflows and voice agents.
• Design data‑driven tools for segmentation, marketing automation and sales enablement.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers and designers.
• Review code, mentor junior developers and raise overall quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience building and shipping web applications in production.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and relational databases.
• Proven ability to own features end‑to‑end, from concept to deployment.
• Self‑driven, comfortable working fast without lengthy specifications.
• Clear communicator in English; daily work is conducted in Spanish.
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML, data pipelines or Supabase.
