About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Media Sales organization. In this strategic role, you will act as a key driver of growth by identifying high-potential advertisers and building a robust, high-quality pipeline for our sales leadership.
Main Missions
- Identify and qualify potential advertisers through proactive outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and social selling).
- Conduct deep pre-call research and data analysis to provide Account Executives with actionable insights for client conversations.
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule high-value meetings and product demonstrations.
- Manage and maintain accurate data within the CRM to ensure seamless pipeline tracking.
- Analyze advertising data and create professional PowerPoint presentations to support the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to refine and optimize the go-to-market strategy.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into sales opportunities.
- Highly organized with a disciplined approach to meeting activity and pipeline targets.
- Experience in the Travel, Advertising, or Media sectors is a significant advantage.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in CRM management and sales automation tools.
- Strategic prospecting and lead qualification techniques.
- Data analysis and market research capabilities.
- Social selling and multi-channel outreach expertise.
