Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

A growing seven-figure digital marketing agency that serves clients in the US, Canada and Australia is bringing recruitment in-house. It is looking for a proactive, results-driven recruiter and headhunter to own sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation and hiring. The position is fully remote, based in Latin America, with U.S. Eastern Time business hours, and reports to the Founder & CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting and headhunting: from sourcing strategy and screening through to presenting qualified candidates with evidence-based recommendations
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals and other channels, and build targeted talent pools
• Conduct structured interviews covering skills, experience, English communication and culture fit, and coordinate Predictive Index assessments where applicable
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes and pipeline stages, and build a reusable database of vetted candidates
• Track outreach, candidate quality, pipeline progression and hiring outcomes, and improve documentation, scorecards and workflows
• Partner with the founder and automation team to streamline recruiting with AI and automation tools
• Work during agreed U.S. Eastern Time hours, stay responsive on Slack, give proactive status updates and meet deadlines

Required profile

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting, including proactive sourcing
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills
• Ability to manage recruitment pipelines, interviews, assessments and follow-up independently
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment CRMs and candidate documentation
• Excellent spoken and written English, and availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours
• Nice to have: experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, digital marketing agency recruiting, LATAM sourcing, GoHighLevel, Workable, Predictive Index, ChatGPT and Claude, and direct work with founders

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of USD 2,000 - 3,000 depending on qualifications and experience
• USD 300 performance bonus per successful hire
