About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex applications using Python for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Make architectural decisions, establish technical standards, and create/optimize RESTful APIs.
• Build sophisticated React components with advanced patterns and state‑management techniques.
• Implement cloud‑based solutions on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and develop infrastructure as code.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive rapid prototyping initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Define testing strategies, ensure high code coverage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python and strong knowledge of SOLID, clean code, and scalable architecture.
• Extensive experience in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD implementation.
• Proven ability to make informed technical decisions and lead technical projects.
• Advanced proficiency in React, modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong English communication skills.
