Senior Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Homeward is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help create a simpler, customer‑centric home buying and selling experience. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Latin America, working closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, responsive product experiences.
• Own feature roll‑outs from research and wireframing through testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct user interview sessions, usability tests, and survey research to inform design decisions.
• Help rebuild and maintain the design system, including fonts, colors, and reusable components.
• Gather feedback and coordinate launches with Sales, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Analyze competitor products to differentiate Homeward’s experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup or technology company.
• Proven track record of designing, launching, and iterating on multiple responsive web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work.
• Outcomes‑focused mindset with strong qualitative and quantitative analysis abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and survey research.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
