Senior Monitoring & Observability Analyst

About the role

Coderio is seeking a Senior Monitoring & Observability Analyst to design, implement, and maintain proactive monitoring solutions for its global clients. You will work closely with Operations and DevOps teams to ensure high availability, performance, and rapid incident resolution across complex IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s observability strategy following SRE and DevOps best practices.
• Design end‑to‑end monitoring architectures, configure SLO/SLI thresholds, and reduce alert noise.
• Create and maintain real‑time dashboards in Grafana, Kibana, or similar tools.
• Automate monitoring deployment, incident response, and basic AIOps workflows using Python or Bash.
• Administer, patch, and optimize monitoring platforms while managing resource costs.
• Document service maps, runbooks, and troubleshooting procedures to streamline incident handling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Monitoring, IT Operations, SRE, or Systems Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative DevOps mindset.
