Senior Leisure Travel Advisor

About the role

The Senior Leisure Travel Advisor supports a Principal Advisor in delivering premium, luxury travel experiences for high‑volume leisure clients. You will assess client needs, craft personalized itineraries, and ensure every detail meets the expectations of discerning travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and book luxury leisure travel, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, dining, and concierge services.
• Provide destination insights, pricing options, and relevant customs or weather considerations.
• Verify travel documents, health requirements, and airline regulations for each itinerary.
• Maintain ownership of client records from booking through departure, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Resolve travel‑related issues and follow up with clients post‑trip for feedback and future planning.
• Utilize the AXUS digital itinerary platform and other booking tools as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in the luxury leisure hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to serve high‑end, high‑demand travelers in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• SABRE reservation system experience.
• AXUS digital itinerary platform proficiency (training provided if needed).
