Senior ITSM Product Owner / Program Lead

About the role

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior ITSM Product Owner / Program Lead to drive an enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation. The role combines product ownership, program management and change leadership to deliver a strategic roadmap, align stakeholders and ensure adoption across the organization. It is open to candidates who can work from home 100% of the time or come into one of the company's global offices.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise ITSM transformation roadmap, aligned with business priorities
• Lead program execution, coordinating deliverables, dependencies and timelines across cross-functional teams
• Engage executive stakeholders, facilitate decisions and keep priorities and outcomes aligned
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks and manage competing priorities
• Drive change, stakeholder engagement and adoption of new ITSM processes and solutions
• Use data, metrics and performance insights to guide decisions and measure success
• Work with technical teams to optimize ITSM processes and ServiceNow capabilities

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience as Product Owner, Program Lead or in ITSM transformation
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, processes and best practices (ITIL)
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and executive stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement
• Initiative and drive to do great things

Required skills

• Experience working with ServiceNow in enterprise environments
• Strong change management capabilities and the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent verbal and written English
