Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

Join Toptal’s new team focused on delivering a first‑class user experience for an upcoming product. You will work remotely on an internal monorepo application built with TypeScript, React, and GraphQL, enjoying autonomy to lead product, technical, or cultural initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable, reliable, and testable TypeScript code.
• Review peers’ work, mentor teammates, and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously improve team processes, suggest usability enhancements, and communicate progress.
• Identify technical debt and propose improvements to the technology stack.
• Collaborate on shared front‑end patterns and internal tooling.

Required profile

• Proven experience building reliable internal tools and writing maintainable, well‑tested code.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and English communication.
• Ability to take ownership of features and drive technical initiatives.
