Senior Executive Recruiter (Remote, LATAM/Africa/Eastern Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead high‑level searches for U.S.‑based clients. The role is remote and open to candidates located in LATAM, Africa or Eastern Europe, who can work during U.S. business hours. You will act as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs and boards, shaping search strategies and delivering top executive talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive searches for C‑suite and senior leadership positions (CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CRO, VP, Director).
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to define search criteria.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability and competitive hiring dynamics.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns, including outbound headhunting and networking.
• Build and maintain pipelines across multiple industries and geographies.
• Interview and assess candidates for leadership capabilities, cultural fit and impact.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed evaluations and manage the full offer negotiation process.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and CRM systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting C‑level and senior executives for U.S. companies.
• Proven record of placing executives across diverse industries.
• Strong consultative skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
