Senior AI Engineer – Generative AI & LLM Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production‑ready artificial intelligence solutions. The role blends deep software engineering expertise with hands‑on experience in Generative AI, large language models, and retrieval‑augmented generation architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch scalable AI and Generative AI applications, including intelligent assistants, copilots and AI agents.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, semantic search, embeddings and vector‑database solutions.
• Integrate Large Language Models via Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs or comparable cloud services.
• Develop prompts, function‑calling workflows and orchestrate AI agents.
• Evaluate and select models, frameworks and architectures, monitoring accuracy, latency, security and cost.
• Embed AI capabilities into existing software products and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, define standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development, solution design or architecture experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on AI solution design and implementation.
• Proven track record delivering Generative AI and LLM‑based applications.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into secure, production‑ready AI solutions.
