Senior AI Engineer – Cloud Platform

About the role

Coderio is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive AI‑powered tooling across its Cloud Platform initiatives. You will work at the intersection of research, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering to create intelligent assistants, copilots, and automation that accelerate the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG pipelines, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, reviews, testing, documentation, and IaC creation.
• Research and benchmark emerging AI models to improve delivery pipelines, reduce lead time, and increase reliability.
• Integrate AI‑driven features such as cost‑aware autoscaling, predictive incident resolution, and automated root‑cause analysis into DevOps environments.
• Collaborate with Platform, SRE, and DevOps teams to embed intelligent automation into the internal developer platform.
• Share knowledge through workshops, demos, and cross‑team collaborations to scale AI learnings organization‑wide.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Strong hands‑on proficiency in Python and scripting languages (Bash or Go).
• Proven ability to implement Large Language Models and code‑generation tools in production workflows.
• Deep understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle and modern CI/CD automation.
• Research‑driven, curious mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
