RT LATAM Operations & Team Manager

About the role

CSI Global is seeking a senior professional to lead the RT LATAM team’s growth, integration and daily operations across multiple South‑American countries. The role combines recruitment, people development and operational management within a fast‑growing engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: headcount planning, profile definition, coordination with recruiters and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with discipline leaders in LATAM and the US.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date the capability and training matrix in partnership with technical leadership.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects such as office spaces, hardware, software and IT coordination.
• Act as the liaison with CSI’s technology team on development initiatives relevant to RT.
• Champion RT LATAM culture by driving team integration, career development, cross‑country collaboration and team‑building activities.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering degree or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or engineering firms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous and people‑oriented.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and other LATAM countries.
• Prior experience in team building, recruitment or operations management is a plus.
