Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

dLocal is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to lead the improvement and automation of RevOps controls and financial workflows. You will own SOX control enhancements, define KPI frameworks, and partner with Finance and IT to design robust automations that increase accuracy, speed, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SOX controls for RevOps, ensuring audit readiness and closing gaps end‑to‑end.
• Define KPI and control monitoring frameworks with leading/lagging metrics, thresholds, and auto‑alerts.
• Lead cross‑team follow‑ups, remove blockers, and ensure timely remediation of process changes.
• Architect standardized processes and embed controls into workflows by design.
• Drive end‑to‑end automation of high‑impact RevOps workflows, including requirements gathering, data modeling, reconciliation logic, and exception handling.
• Partner with Finance and IT on automation roadmaps, data pipelines, BI models, and validation mechanisms.
• Conduct deep‑dive merchant P&L reviews, quantify impact, recommend levers, and track outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members on controls, analytics, and automation best practices.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Strong finance acumen with comfort analyzing merchant‑level P&L and variance drivers.
• Experience improving and evidencing SOX/internal controls in revenue or financial processes.
• Practical automation experience (workflow orchestration, scripting, scheduled queries, data validation patterns).
• Process design mindset with risk awareness and audit‑ready documentation.
