Responsable de Marketing & E‑commerce

About the role

The company, a leading retailer, is looking for a Marketing & E‑commerce Manager to lead its online sales channel and drive brand‑building initiatives. You will head a small team, shape the digital strategy, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a Marketing & E‑commerce team of three professionals.
• Plan and execute the brand’s marketing and communication strategy across digital channels.
• Manage content for social media, website and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate commercial, promotional and positioning campaigns.
• Oversee the e‑commerce platform, optimizing user experience and online sales growth.
• Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, engagement, sales and campaign results.
• Collaborate with providers, agencies and internal teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication, positioning and online sales.
• Supervise product listings and management on marketplaces like Mercado Libre.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Administration, Commercialization or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, E‑commerce or Digital Marketing, with proven management of online stores.
• Prior experience in the retail sector.
• At least 1 year leading a marketing team or demonstrating strong initiative and autonomy.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations.
• Experience with digital metrics and measurement tools.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
