Responsable Comercial de Interiorismo

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our commercial interior‑design team and manage high‑value projects. The role blends technical design expertise, strong sales closing ability, and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and evaluate the performance of the commercial advisors team.
• Provide feedback and training on product knowledge, consultative selling, cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Curate the technical‑aesthetic aspects of team projects before final client presentation.
• Independently manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, focusing on closing deals and achieving results.
• Oversee high‑value budgets, delegating and closely monitoring progress as needed.
• Advise on comprehensive interior‑design solutions and create proposals using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Supervise showroom presentation, sample stock, customer experience and CRM usage.
• Prepare weekly sales, visit and KPI reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Industrial Design (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years experience in interior design with end‑client projects (mandatory).
• Proven experience selling furniture and space‑solution products (mandatory).
• Demonstrated commercial ability with a strong results orientation (mandatory).
• Experience leading commercial teams.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility applied to high‑demand projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
