Resource Manager – Hybrid (Montevideo, Uruguay)

About the role

SunnyData is looking for a Resource Manager to lead consultant staffing, utilization and deployment across its global delivery organization. Based in Montevideo and working in a hybrid model, you will partner daily with the CTO, senior architects and capability leads to ensure the right talent is placed on the right projects at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily staffing engine, including consultant availability, bench management and deployment.
• Maintain accurate skill, certification and forecast data for all consultants.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership on demand forecasting, supply planning and gap analysis.
• Monitor and report utilization, billability and bench metrics; run the weekly staffing cadence.
• Resolve schedule conflicts, manage rollover planning and coordinate engagement transitions.
• Conduct regular practitioner connects to capture skills, aspirations and constraints, and support development and certification initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, or workforce planning within a systems integrator, consultancy or professional services firm.
• Strong organizational skills and persistence in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior technical leaders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Based in Montevideo, Uruguay (or willing to relocate).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, reconciliation and analysis.
