Remote Scrum Master (Agile Coach)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join BairesDev’s fully remote, globally distributed teams. In this role you will guide Agile adoption, remove impediments and ensure high‑quality delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodology across team members.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and estimate user stories and tasks.
• Monitor project health using Agile metrics and generate clear status reports.
• Identify and unblock issues affecting team performance or delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid US B1‑B2 visa or ESTA.
• Prior experience in IT companies is a plus.
