Remote Sales Manager – Travel Tech & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a remote Sales Manager to lead strategic partnerships and business development for a fast‑growing ground transportation marketplace. The role is fully remote, full‑time and operates on a contractor basis, reporting to the Distribution Team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with partners such as OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups and technology providers.
• Present, promote and sell the platform’s solutions, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Identify high‑potential accounts, conduct outreach and keep opportunities moving by removing obstacles.
• Represent the company at global industry events to expand the network and secure new partnerships.
• Develop and execute partner‑focused marketing initiatives and account plans.
• Track performance using data dashboards, report progress and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
• Proven record of closing commercial agreements with travel‑industry partners.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings.
• Self‑starter able to work independently on a full‑time contractor basis.
