Regional Tax Manager

About the role

Rebill is building the financial infrastructure platform for the Americas and needs a senior tax professional to own and scale its tax function across six countries. You will work directly with the founders, coordinate external advisors, and ensure the tax structure supports rapid growth while remaining compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and maintain the intercompany invoicing and transfer pricing model for all entities.
• Oversee tax compliance calendars, review filings from local firms and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Identify tax risks (withholding, treaty applicability, permanent establishment) and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate external accounting and tax advisors in each jurisdiction, turning their opinions into operational decisions.
• Support corporate restructuring, free‑zone compliance in Uruguay and other strategic tax initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing tax in a multi‑country environment, preferably in payments, fintech or financial services.
• Experience building intercompany structures and transfer‑pricing documentation, with exposure to audits.
• Working knowledge of at least three tax regimes across the Americas.
• Degree in accounting, tax or law with postgraduate specialization; LL.M. or master’s in international tax is a strong signal.
• Professional English and ability to work from the Zonamerica office in Uruguay.
