About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our premium clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will combine a polished appearance with a courteous, discreet, and detail‑oriented approach in a high‑end environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors, providing hospitality services.
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute documentation and correspondence.
- Support general administrative tasks and maintain office order.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles.
- Proficient use of computer tools, especially Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Service‑oriented attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Completed or ongoing tertiary education, preferably in secretarial studies or related fields.
- Conversational level of English.
