Product Owner

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Product Owner to join a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where technology and business intersect. The role translates strategic objectives into actionable backlog items and works closely with global Agile teams to deliver high‑value products.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals and strategy into clear, actionable backlog items.
• Own and continuously align the product backlog with business priorities.
• Ensure the development team understands product requirements and objectives.
• Accept or reject deliverables based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Refine and prioritize the backlog based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Track delivery progress, remove blockers, and support the team.
• Identify, refine, and prioritize user stories and development tasks.
• Validate priorities, estimations, and sequencing in line with delivery goals.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented product professional with strong coordination and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience navigating complex, multi‑initiative environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced settings while handling multiple priorities.
