Product Operations Manager – Payroll (LATAM)

About the role

You are the ultimate problem‑solver at the heart of our Payroll teams. The Product Operations Manager builds the connective tissue between product and user‑facing teams, ensuring a tight feedback loop and driving value for users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large cross‑functional projects to improve the product and drive global rollouts.
• Collect, quantify and prioritize product‑related challenges for product and engineering.
• Seek information to solve conceptual problems and help shape product direction.
• Drive top company launches and global rollouts.
• Diagnose root causes of issues and architect solutions.
• Design and implement complex operational systems and processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years in product operations, product management or a related operational role collaborating with product and engineering.
• Strong passion for user experience and ability to understand complex products and use cases.
• Experience analyzing data and user feedback to drive product improvements.
• Ability to build empathy for user problems and translate them into solutions.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and detail‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
• Basic technical knowledge of software development; experience with payment systems is a plus.
• Strong SQL and presentation skills.
