Principal Technical Architect

About the role

Oracle NetSuite Advanced Customer Services is looking for a Principal Technical Architect to act as a trusted advisor for its most strategic customers. You will guide the design, optimization, and scaling of enterprise ERP solutions, ensuring long‑term business success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for large, strategic NetSuite customers.
• Lead architecture reviews and define scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions.
• Design and optimize enterprise integrations, customizations, and data‑management strategies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend long‑term architectural solutions.
• Conduct performance assessments and drive scalability initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and post‑go‑live phases.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and implementation partners.
• Mentor project teams across multiple engagements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• At least 5 years of customer‑facing consulting delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and cloud technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading technical discussions with customers, partners, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality outcomes.

• Performance optimization and scalability of ERP applications (NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Oracle E‑Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards).
