Principal Technical Architect – Advanced Customer Services

About the role

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to act as the trusted technical advisor for its largest and most strategic customers. You will guide the design, implementation, and optimization of high‑performing NetSuite solutions across the enterprise lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on scalable, secure, and high‑performance NetSuite solutions.
• Design and optimize enterprise integrations, customizations, and data‑management strategies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend long‑term architectural solutions.
• Conduct performance assessments, scalability initiatives, and risk mitigation for complex deployments.
• Partner with Oracle Product Management, Engineering, and implementation partners to ensure solution quality.
• Mentor project teams and provide technical leadership across multiple engagements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• At least 5 years of customer‑facing consulting delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
