Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

Join Lumepic’s marketing leadership team as a Performance Marketing Lead, focusing on data‑driven campaigns, experimentation, and continuous improvement. You’ll work side‑by‑side with the CMO in a fast‑moving startup environment, enjoying significant autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign data to identify what works and what doesn’t.
• Design, launch, and iterate marketing experiments on an ongoing basis.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Evaluate conversion funnels and recommend optimisations.
• Decide which ads to scale and which to pause or cut.
• Translate data insights into concrete actions rather than just reports.
• Collaborate closely with the CMO on overall marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C marketing, growth, or data‑focused roles.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with a passion for AI‑first solutions.
• Hands‑on attitude suited to a small, fast‑changing startup.
• Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Curiosity for performance marketing, experimentation, and the startup ecosystem.
• Bonus: basic coding or technical/data background.
