People Advisory Manager

About the role

Join a leading sports technology company as a People Advisory Manager, partnering with business leaders to shape HR strategy, drive employee experience and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• People Partnering Model – collaborate with Divisional People Partners, Centres of Excellence and People Operations, driving change in HR processes.
• Employee Relations – serve as point of contact for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Onboarding and Offboarding – manage physical onboarding/offboarding in close partnership with line managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Compliance & Risk Management – keep HR policies aligned with local legislation, partner with Compliance on data integrity and health & safety.
• Culture & Values – support functional leaders on culture activation, hybrid working and local values.
• Engagement, CSR & DEI – lead employee engagement, corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Benefits Administration – oversee health insurance, retirement plans and other fringe benefits with vendors.
• Training & Development – cooperate with the learning and development team to deliver local training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Excel skills.
