Pension Transfer Specialist (Nectar Collector) – Montevideo

About the role

The Pension Transfer Specialist – also known as a Nectar Collector – will manage the full pension transfer journey for our customers in Uruguay. Working from our Montevideo office, you will ensure that pension and retirement savings are moved smoothly, accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming transfer requests and related documentation from pension providers.
• Respond to queries from providers and Independent Financial Advisers via provider portals and email.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each transfer, maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with external pension providers to guarantee seamless transfer execution.
• Collaborate with the internal “Hive” team to fulfil rota‑based duties and support colleagues as needed.
• Attend role‑specific training sessions and pass post‑training assessments.
• Handle email correspondence and administrative account actions, consistently meeting the one‑working‑day SLA.

Required profile

• Experience handling end‑to‑end pension or financial transfer processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the retirement‑savings sector.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with external providers and internal teams via digital channels.
• Commitment to meeting service‑level agreements and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
