Pastelería 14 a 22

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated pastry professional to join our kitchen team on the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment supporting our airline and airport catering operations across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, and toppings according to established recipes.
• Bake, cool, and decorate a variety of pastry products.
• Ensure each item meets quality, flavor, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the work area, complying with BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Monitor raw material stock and communicate replenishment needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in pastry or bakery work (preferred but not mandatory).
• Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift and on weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural team.

Required skills

• Pastry preparation and baking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (BPM).
• Stock control and inventory reporting.
