Paralegal (Remote)

About the role

PROVE Partners is seeking a remote Paralegal to support the General Counsel with licensing and contract work. This newly created position blends legal expertise with strong project‑management discipline and executive‑assistant responsiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and managing licensing agreements and contracts.
• Own timelines, track multiple workstreams, and ensure timely completion of legal tasks without close supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor critical dates and deadlines, and guarantee document precision.
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including preparation of reports and correspondence.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed, cross‑border team while overlapping U.S. business hours.

Required profile

• Law degree highly preferred or equivalent hands‑on paralegal experience.
• Demonstrated project‑management ability to handle several workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience supporting an executive or senior leader in an administrative capacity is a strong plus.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to dates, deadlines, and document accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously from Latin America, with overlap to U.S. business hours.
