Panadero/a – Turno 14:00 a 22:00

About the role

We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team in Montevideo. The position works the afternoon‑evening shift from 14:00 to 22:00, including weekends, and focuses on producing high‑quality artisanal breads and pastries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, pre‑mixes and other bakery preparations according to established recipes.
• Shape, laminate and bake breads, cakes, and a variety of pastries.
• Ensure each product meets quality, texture and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and order in the work area, complying with BPM standards.
• Monitor raw‑material stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a bakery or similar environment.
• Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift and on weekends.
• Commitment to quality and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
