Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are a fully remote agency serving nearly 200 fitness clients across the US and Canada. We need a Paid Media Specialist who lives and breathes performance, constantly monitors campaign metrics, and loves digging into data to improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns for multiple fitness brands.
• Monitor key performance indicators daily, identify spikes or drops, and take corrective action.
• Conduct creative testing and discover new angles to improve cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and ROI.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and account managers to ensure creative assets align with performance goals.
• Own a portfolio of accounts and report on retention and growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing real‑world Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong obsession with data, performance, and continuous testing.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Self‑starter who identifies problems without being prompted.
• Track record of measurable results that speak louder than a résumé.
