Operations Manager (LATAM, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a fast‑growing online real‑estate education business. Working directly with the founder, you will bring structure, accountability, and momentum to daily operations across a remote LATAM team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve scalable operational systems.
• Translate strategic ideas into actionable execution plans and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate workflow across remote team members, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact, creating accountability mechanisms across departments.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on operations and client experience.
• Track KPIs, operational metrics, and overall business performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Support scaling initiatives in sales, operations, and client delivery.
• Implement tools, automations, and tech solutions to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience in operations, project or business management.
• Exceptional organizational and execution abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to manage multiple moving parts independently.
• Experience managing remote teams and workflows.
• Process‑driven mindset with keen attention to detail.
