Operations Analyst

About the role

The Operations Analyst will support the operational processes linked to trading and account administration for a financial advisory firm, ensuring smooth interaction between financial advisors and international custodians.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up transfers and trading operations.
• Maintain operational administration of client accounts.
• Handle account opening processes with international custodians, primarily in the United States and Europe.
• Provide daily support to financial advisors and act as the primary point of contact between advisors and custodians.
• Monitor requests to ensure efficient and precise execution.
• Assist in resolving operational incidents and follow internal area processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trading.
• Knowledge of financial products.
• Analytical, organized and pragmatic mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and assertive communication.
• Service‑oriented, dynamic and adaptable.
• Intermediate English (advanced level preferred).
• Degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade or related field.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
