About the role

Punto a Punto is looking for a Logistics Operations professional to coordinate and manage client transportation, reservations and related services. The role ensures each trip is executed according to plan, working closely with the customer‑service team in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise routes, schedules and resources for client travel.
• Monitor service delivery with transport providers and resolve operational incidents.
• Maintain continuous communication with the customer‑service team to handle changes or unforeseen events.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
• Prepare basic tracking and performance reports.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset to interpret route, time and cost data and make informed decisions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathetic communication.
• Experience or aptitude in transport planning, logistics coordination and supply‑chain flow.
• Clear oral and written communication, teamwork and personal organisation skills.
• Technical or university education in logistics, administration, tourism or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office or equivalent office‑productivity tools.
• Familiarity with logistics management or transportation management systems.
