About the role
We are looking for a skilled Butcher Production Officer to join our teams in Montevideo and Canelones. The role involves preparing a variety of meat products, ensuring quality, and providing excellent service to customers at the counter.
Key responsibilities
- Produce meat items as directed by the Section Manager (ground meat, boneless cuts, bone‑in cuts, disassembly, deboning, etc.).
- Package products for self‑service displays and prepare items for counter sale.
- Serve customers at the counter while following company service standards.
- Maintain daily hygiene of tools and work areas.
- Assist with restocking self‑service vitrines.
- Support other sections with similar tasks as operational needs arise.
Required profile
- Completed basic education.
- Availability to work the evening shift.
- At least one year of experience as a butcher in small shops or large retail outlets.
