Non‑Trade Accounts Payable Analyst (10‑Month Contract)

About the role

COFCO International is seeking a Non‑Trade Accounts Payable Analyst on a 10‑month contract to support its Corporate Finance team. The analyst will ensure that non‑trade supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining robust accounting records and supporting financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record non‑trade supplier invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for proper approvals, coding, and compliance.
• Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage system maintenance tasks, including mappings and interface updates.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for Group entities.
• Assist internal and external auditors and respond to ad‑hoc inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a student pursuing an advanced accounting qualification.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
